Cette rencontre a aussi permis de réaffirmer la
continuité des bonnes relations entre le Gabon
et le Cameroun, deux pays voisins et frères,
membres de la Communauté Economique et
Monétaire de l’Afrique Centrale (CEMAC).
En séjour au Cameroun depuis le 03 janvier
2013, l’Ambassadeur Paul Patrick Biffot a exercé
pour la première fois comme doyen du corps
diplomatique au Cameroun, le 05 janvier 2018.
En cette qualité, il a su maintenir des relations
harmonieuses entre le corps diplomatique
et le Cameroun, tout en incarnant un lien de
coopération et de respect mutuel entre les
diplomates.
Cette audience d’adieu a été ponctuée par un
échange de cadeaux symboliques, soulignant
l’excellence des relations entre les deux pays et le
rôle capital accompli avec doigté et compétence
par le Haut- Commissaire Paul Patrick Biffot au
cours de son mandat.

The meeting also provided an opportunity
to reaffirm the continuity of good relations
between Gabon and Cameroon, two
neighbouring and fraternal countries that are
members of the Central African Economic and
Monetary Community (CEMAC).
Ambassador Paul Patrick Biffot, who has been
in Cameroon since 3 January 2013, took up
his post as Dean of the Diplomatic Corps
in Cameroon for the first time on 5 January
2018. In this capacity, he was able to maintain
harmonious relations between the diplomatic
corps and Cameroon, while embodying a bond
of cooperation and mutual respect between
diplomats.
The farewell audience was punctuated by an
exchange of symbolic gifts, underlining the
excellent relations between the two countries
and the vital role played with skill and tact by
High Commissioner Paul Patrick Biffot during
his term of office.
